Coastal Bend Mushrooms was founded with a simple mission: to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

We started with mushrooms, but our philosophy is bigger than any one product. We believe health is built through small, consistent choices: what we eat, how we move, the time we spend outside, and the habits we practice every day.

Functional mushrooms are one part of that philosophy. We craft small-batch tinctures using 100% fruiting bodies and dual extraction methods, with each tincture extracted and bottled by us in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Our goal is simple: make functional mushrooms approachable, transparent, and easy to incorporate into everyday life, while building a brand that encourages people to take an active role in their health and live with intention.

Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Nate.

I’m a husband, father, Marine Corps veteran, and the founder of Coastal Bend Mushrooms.

I started growing mushrooms out of curiosity, but the deeper I got into cultivation, the more I saw an opportunity to build something meaningful around it. Health and fitness have been important parts of my life for years, and I’ve become a firm believer that living well comes down to the small choices we make consistently.

That belief is at the heart of Coastal Bend Mushrooms. I want to make products I genuinely believe in, share what I learn along the way, and build a company that encourages people to take an active role in their health and live more fulfilling lives.
